      We have Graphic Design Team in Vietnam and Printing Factory in the U.S and China, Vietnam. Your order will be generated and manufactured from 3 - 5 business days, followed by 10 - 14 business days of shipment. 

      PRODUCTION TIME & SHIPPING TIME

      We process orders Monday through Friday and can get all your swag out of our warehouse within 5 business days!

      "Business Days" are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard-Times, and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

      During large sales, promotions, new product releases, and holidays there is a good chance that it could take the full 5 business days (sometimes a day or two longer) to get these orders out of our warehouse because our deals are just so awesome that everyone wants to be a part of them!

      • Production Time: 2 ~ 5 business days.

      Each of our products is made-to-order only for you so the production time will be a little bit longer than usual. Please be patient!

      • Shipping Time: 

      At the moment, our shipping cannot delivery to US Military bases. We apologize in advance for this inconvenience.

      Here is an estimate of the shipping times. Due to factors that often affect international shipments, such as holidays, customs, weather delays, or the COVID-19, we can only offer an estimate of shipping times.

       ORDER TRACKING

      When you place your order, you will receive a Purchase Confirmation email confirming your Order # and purchase details.

      You can cancel your order or make changes to your shipping information the same day you placed your order by midnight. After 1 hours, your order will be processed for stocking, packing and shipping and this cannot be undone. When this is completed, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

      Once your order has shipped, we will send you another Shipping Update email with your tracking number.

      To track your package, simply click on the link provided. Tracking information may not be available for the first couple of days after you receive your Shipping Update email. Several days may pass between package scans. We assure you that this is normal and will not affect your expected delivery date.

      The tracking system shows that the package was delivered to its destination but it is not

      We do not offer refunds or reprints for orders marked as delivered. You can contact contact the carrier (i.e., USPS/ UPS, DHL, etc.) for exact details on the delivery, including GPS location.

      The package has been "in-transit" for more than 30 days

      For lengthy delays like this, if you prefer, we will reprint and reship the item.

      Please note that Litzzy's Refund policy will not apply in the case of any force majeure event. We will provide official notice in this event.

      The package was delivered to the incorrect address

      If the package has arrived at a location different from the recipient address, if you prefer, we will replace the item.

      Please note that Litzzy's Refund  Policy will not apply in the case of any force majeure event. We will provide official notice in this event.

      The package was returned to Litzzy because an invalid address was provided

      We do not offer replacements, refunds, or credits for invalid address entry.

      The package was returned to Litzzy but the address was valid and correct

      We will be happy to replace and reship the order that was returned to its sender.

      The post office provided a notice that the package was lost in the mail

      We will be happy to replace and reship the order that was lost in the mail.

      The item received is incorrect or defective

      For incorrect or defective items, if you prefer, we can ship a new order.

      • Detailed photos are required for quality control purposes.
      • Issues must be reported within 3 days from the delivery date to qualify for credit or replacement.
      • We do not allow modifications to replacement items.

      If the order arrives in your country and...

      • You refuse to accept the package.
      • Number of attempts are made in the country of destination to deliver the package.
