- Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API — operated by Meta Platforms, Inc., used to measure the results of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram and to show you relevant ads. See the Meta Privacy Policy.

Relationship with Shopify
The Services are hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve them. Information you submit will be transmitted to Shopify and to third parties that may be located outside the country where you reside. To learn more, see the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy, and exercise rights over data Shopify processes at the Shopify Privacy Portal.
Third party websites and links
The Services may link to websites operated by third parties. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices or the accuracy of information found on them. Please review their privacy policies before providing information to them. Our inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.
Children's data
The Services are not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you are the parent or guardian of a child who has provided us with personal information, contact us at support@litzzy.com and we will delete it. As of the date above, we do not have actual knowledge that we sell or share the personal information of individuals under 16 years of age.
Security and retention
We maintain administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect your personal information. However, no security measure is perfect, and information sent to us over the internet may not be secure in transit. Please do not use unsecured channels to send us sensitive or confidential information.
We retain your personal information for as long as we need it to provide the Services, and afterwards as required to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Order and transaction records are generally retained for seven years to meet tax and accounting requirements. Marketing contact details are retained until you unsubscribe. Support correspondence is generally retained for three years.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights. These rights are not absolute, apply only in certain circumstances, and in some cases we may decline a request as permitted by law.
- Right to know or access the personal information we hold about you, including the categories collected, the sources, the purposes, and the third parties to whom we disclose it.
- Right to delete personal information we maintain about you.
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
- Right to portability — to receive a copy of your personal information in a portable format.
- Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of processing for targeted advertising.
- Right to non-discrimination — we will not deny you goods or services, charge you a different price, or provide you a different level of service for exercising your rights.
- Managing communication preferences — you may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any marketing email. We may still send you non-promotional messages about your account and orders.
U.S. state privacy rights
If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Texas, Utah, or Virginia, you have the rights described above under your state's privacy law, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act.
How to exercise your rights
Email support@litzzy.com with the subject line "Privacy Request" and tell us which right you wish to exercise. Include the email address you used to place orders with us so we can locate your records.
We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you and may extend by a further 45 days as permitted by law.
Verification and authorized agents
We must verify your identity before acting on a request to know, delete, or correct. Verification normally means confirming that you control the email address associated with your orders. We may ask for additional information if the request concerns sensitive records.
You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We will require written proof of the authorization and may still ask you to verify your identity directly with us.
Right to appeal
If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision email with the subject line "Privacy Appeal". We will review the appeal and respond in writing within 45 days, explaining the reasons for our decision.
If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state Attorney General to submit a complaint. California residents may also contact the California Privacy Protection Agency.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information in exchange for money. However, our use of advertising and analytics cookies to show you relevant ads may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law, and "targeted advertising" under other state privacy laws.
You can opt out at any time, and you do not need an account to do so. Choose whichever method is easiest for you:
- Use our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page.
- Email support@litzzy.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share". We will process your request within 15 business days and confirm by email.
- Enable the Global Privacy Control signal in your browser or extension. Where required by law, we treat this signal as a valid opt-out request for the browser and device you are using. Apart from Global Privacy Control, we do not currently respond to other "Do Not Track" signals.
Opting out applies to the browser and device you use to make the request. If you clear your cookies, use a different browser, or use a different device, you will need to opt out again.

In addition to the rights described above, and subject to exceptions in local law, you may:
- Object to or restrict processing of your personal information for certain purposes.
- Withdraw consent where we rely on your consent to process your personal information. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdrew it.
For the purposes of applicable data protection law, NEW TOP DEAL ECOM LLC is the data controller of your personal information.
Complaints
If you have a complaint about how we handle your personal information, contact us at support@litzzy.com and we will work with you to resolve it. International transfers
We may transfer, store, and process your personal information outside the country in which you live, including in the United States, Vietnam, and China, where our service providers and production partners operate.
Where we transfer personal information out of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on recognized transfer mechanisms such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, or the equivalent contracts issued by the relevant UK authority, unless the transfer is to a country recognized as providing an adequate level of protection.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will post the revised policy on this page, update the "Last updated" date at the top, and provide notice where required by law.
