Litzzy is a print-on-demand brand. Every product in our catalogue is made after you order it, printed or crafted individually for you rather than pulled off a shelf.
How we work
Our design team works out of Vietnam and refreshes the collections you see across the store. Production is handled by partner facilities in the United States, Vietnam, and China. Each order is routed to whichever facility can produce and deliver that particular item fastest, which is why an order containing several items sometimes arrives in more than one package, on more than one day, at no extra cost to you.
What to expect after you order
Because nothing is pre-made, your order goes through production before it ships. How long that takes depends on how the item is made:
- 2D print — t-shirts, hoodies, canvas wall art, posters, mugs: 1–3 business days
- All-over print and 3D — AOP and Hawaiian shirts, fleece blankets, bedding sets, area rugs: 2–6 business days
- Specialty and handcrafted — jewelry, leather bags, night lights, bobbleheads, crystal sculptures: 3–7 business days
Delivery within the United States then takes 4–7 business days, which puts the typical end-to-end wait at 5–14 business days depending on what you ordered. Estimates by destination are on our Shipping Policy.
If something goes wrong
You never have to ship anything back to us. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, or if it never arrives at all, email us a photo and we will reprint it free or refund you in full.
Because every item is made specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or because the wrong size was ordered. Please check the size guide on the product page before you buy — or email us before ordering and we will help you choose. The full terms are set out in our Refund and Return Policy.
