Litzzy is a trade name of NEW TOP DEAL ECOM LLC. All prices on this website are shown in United States dollars (USD), and you pay in USD at checkout.

Payment methods we accept

You can pay with:

  • Major credit and debit cards accepted by our payment provider, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
  • Shop Pay
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

The complete and up-to-date list of payment methods available for your country is always shown on the payment step of checkout, before you confirm your order.

When you are charged

Your card or wallet is charged when you place the order, because production of your personalised item starts as soon as the order is confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number immediately afterwards.

If a payment is declined, no order is created and no money is taken. Any temporary authorisation that appears on your statement is released by your bank, usually within a few business days.

Payment security

Payments are processed on Shopify's PCI DSS compliant checkout over an encrypted TLS (SSL) connection. Litzzy never sees or stores your full card number, expiry date or security code.

Currency, taxes and duties

Product prices do not include sales tax. Any applicable tax is calculated and shown at checkout.

For orders shipped outside the United States, import duties, taxes and customs charges are not included in the price or the shipping fee and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office if you are unsure.

Shipping charges

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the items in your cart. Standard shipping to the United States is free on orders of $75 or more. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Timing and eligibility are explained in our Refund and Return Policy.
