We have Graphic Design Team in Vietnam and Printing Factory in the U.S. Your order will be generated and manufactured from 1 - 3 business days, followed by 5 - 7 business days of shipment. If you are living within the States, delivery is free of charge.

ORDER & TRACKING

When you place your order, you will receive a Purchase Confirmation Email confirming your Order # and purchase details. You can cancel your order or make changes to your shipping information the same day you placed your order by midnight. After 6 hours, your order will be processed for stocking, packing and shipping and this cannot be undone. When this is completed, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

Once your order has shipped, we will send you another Shipping Update email with your tracking number. To track your package, simply click on the link provided.

Tracking information may not be available for the first couple of days after you receive your Shipping Update email. Several days may pass between package scans. We assure you that this is normal and will not affect your expected delivery date.

DELIVERY TIME

All items in the store may take 1 to 3 business days to process. Please add processing time to your shipping estimate below.

We process orders Monday through Friday and can get all your swag out of our warehouse within 3 business days!

Business Days are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard-Times, and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

During large sales, promotions, new product releases, and holidays there is a good chance that it could take the full 5 business days (sometimes a day or two longer) to get these orders out of our warehouse because our deals are just so awesome that everyone wants to be a part of them!

  • Production Time: 1 – 3 business days.

Each of our products is made-to-order only for you so the production time will be a little bit longer than usual. Please be patient!

  • Shipping Time: 5 – 7 business days (within the U.S)

At the moment, our shipping cannot delivery to US Military bases. We apologize in advance for this inconvenience.

Here is an estimate of the total shipping times. Due to factors that often affect international shipments, such as holidays, customs, and weather delays, we can only offer an estimate of shipping times.

SHIPPING POLICY

IMPORTANT: We are NOT responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information.

Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If you realize you have made an error, simply email us at support@litzzy.com as soon as possible. However there is a 72 hour wait list for email, therefore, if your order has left our warehouse within 72 hours, it is out of our control.

Litzzy is NOT RESPONSIBLE for destination country tax and/or any duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country.

Litzzy is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.

If the order arrives in your country and...

  • The customer refuses to accept the package
  • Number of attempts are made in the country of destination to deliver the package.

Litzzy reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for any refund.

RETURNS & REFUND

What is your cancellation policy?

You have 6 hours of the same day to cancel your order and receive a refund after your purchase. If you try to cancel your order after you received a Shipping Confirmation email, we will not be able to issue a refund as the item has already been packaged and shipped out to you.

What is the return policy?

If your product is damaged or defected, please kindly email us with the subject line “Return: Damage or Defective item with your order number” along with a photograph so we can immediately look into sending you a new one.

The return policy will only apply to damaged items or products that have any manufacturing problems. We will not make any refunds or changes once the product has been successfully delivered in normal condition.
