Copyright and DMCA Notices

Litzzy respects the intellectual property rights of others and responds to valid notices of claimed infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. This page restates the copyright complaints section of our Terms of Service so that it is easy to find.

How to send a DMCA notice

If you believe that content on this site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to support@litzzy.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice", containing:

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with the product URL, so we can locate it;
Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

What happens next

We investigate valid notices promptly and remove or disable access to infringing material. We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to the same address.
