Shipping. Every Litzzy item is made to order, so your wait is production plus delivery, counted from the day you order. Production starts when the order is confirmed; orders placed after 5 PM Eastern, or at a weekend or holiday, start the next business day. The dates shown above already cover both stages.
Cancelling. Cancel within 12 hours of ordering, for any reason, and you get a full refund. Email support@litzzy.com with your order number.
Returns. Because each item is printed for you, we do not take returns or exchanges for a change of mind or the wrong size chosen. If an item arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, or never arrives, we reprint it free or refund you in full - usually your choice - and you never ship anything back. A photo is all we need.
Personalization
What you build on this page is what gets printed. The preview redraws as you choose a design and type a name, so you can see the finished item before you buy - no proof email, no waiting.
Names are printed in the design's own lettering, in capitals, exactly as the preview shows them. Leave a name field blank (press space) to leave that name off.
