Order Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive an email from us with a tracking number and a tracking link. You can also enter your tracking number below.
If you have just received a shipping notification, please allow 1 to 3 business days for tracking to become active. Several days can pass between carrier scans — this is normal and does not mean your package is lost or delayed.
When will I get my order?
Every Litzzy product is made to order, so your total wait is production time plus delivery time. For customers in the United States:
- 2D print — t-shirts, hoodies, canvas, posters, mugs: 5–10 business days
- All-over print and 3D — AOP shirts, blankets, bedding, area rugs: 6–13 business days
- Specialty and handcrafted — jewelry, leather bags, night lights, bobbleheads: 7–14 business days
For other destinations, add the delivery time for your country to the production time for your item. Full estimates are on our Shipping Policy.
Your order may split into more than one shipment if the items are produced at different facilities. If that happens you will receive a separate tracking number for each package, at no extra cost to you.
